Our MEDIXCARE team will be dedicated to delivering expert, personalised home care services to you and they will support your needs. Whether you are looking for assistance after an illness or surgery , round-the-clock care, or help with activities of daily living , we are here to help you every step of the way.

Care at Home

Home visits:

  • Carers will visit you, the visits can be once/twice a day, three/four times a day

Day Care:

  • This is care that is provided between 8am and 8pm 

  • Minimum 4 hours per day 

  • Hours to suit depending on your needs.

Night care:

  • This is care that is provided between 8pm and 8am

  • Minimum 8 hours per night

  • Hours to suit depending on your needs.

Live-in-care / 24hr Care:

  • Carers will live with you on regular or  rotational basis

Respite Care

  • Short term care that is provided when a regular carer or a family member needs a break.

Hospital to Home

Post-medical discharge Care:

  • This is the care that you need after a stay in hospital due to an illness (support to help you recover and prevent immediate readmission).

Post-operative Care

Post-operative Care:

  • This is the care that you need after a planned procedure such as eye operation or a hip/knee replacement (support while you recover and to prevent complications/readmission).

Peri-operative Care

  • This is the care that you will need before, during and after a planned procedure such as an eye operation or a hip/knee replacement.

  • This is good if you live alone or you are the main carer for someone. Our carers will help you to go for appointments before/after the surgery.

  • They will collect you on discharge and look after you until you are fully recovered.

Memory Care at Home

  • This is the care that is given to people living with any type of cognitive impairment ranging from mild memory problems to advanced dementia.

Palliative Care

Palliative Care

  • Professional care that is given to keep your loved one comfortable.

Specialised Care

  • This is care that is provided to people living with certain medical conditions such as Cancer, Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Diabetes , Multiple Sclerosis, and Heart/Lung problems.

 24 Hour Support 

  • Our support team will be available 24/7 to provide guidance and solve any problems

  • Support for you, your relatives and the carers.
